Converted farm in a very quiet location, about 300 m to the spa center directly on the Simsseemoos, protected landscape area, near the forest, 1st floor, sep. entrance.From the house you can make wonderful walks and / or bike tours. The nearby Simssee invites you to pure bathing fun. Or sail and surf on the Chiemsee. In about 1 hour the Lichtensteinklamm invites you to a nature experience of a special kind. Whether the nearby 18 hole golf course in Höslwang or the golf club in Prien, both promise golf enjoyment at a high level. Worthwhile at any time is the high city culture in Salzburg or Munich. Make a shopping tour to Wasserburg (the small Venice in Bavaria) or Rosenheim.

The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay €2.00 per day and €1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged € 1.00, children from 0-6 years are free of charge. Direct dial telephone, car parking spaces, smoking on the balcony. If you are travelling with children: baby high chair and cot available on request.

Arrival Description

Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf drive down the hill, then turn right and continue straight on until you reach Ferienhof Schauer. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf. Drive through Bad Endorf in the direction of Rosenheim. Turn left before the mountain and go straight on until you reach Ferienhof Schauer. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 15 minutes: turn left to Bauernwirt, turn right around Bauernwirt and follow the road to the crossroads. Then go straight past the clinic to the Appart Hotel, follow the road until Hotel Kurfer Hof. On the other side is the Ferienhof Schauer.
