The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential complex (Kurzone 1). On the 1st floor of the building (lift available) is our beautiful flat with a wonderful view of the greenery. Since the house has no real connection to the street, it is very quiet. Parking spaces can be reached via a footpath 20 m away or the underground garage via the cellar. Built in 1971 and completely renovated in 2009, you will find various shops (pedestrian zone), restaurants and spas within a few minutes' walk. The stop of the free city bus is only 25 m away. As well as 2 large grocery stores and 1 beverage shop. A variety of activities can be easily reached on foot, such as the Predigtstuhl cable car, the construction of which began in 1927 and is now considered the oldest original, year-round large cable car in the world. The relaxing Rupertustherme is also conveniently located just 3 stops away by city bus!

Arrival Description

Train: If you are travelling by Deutsche Bahn, we will pick you up free of charge from the main station in Bad Reichenhall. Flight: Even if you are travelling by plane, we will pick you up from Salzburg Airport free of charge. Car: Motorway A 8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Bad Reichenhall. At the roundabout 1 exit approx. 5 km on the B20/21 towards Berchtesgaden. Exit in the direction of Berchtesgaden. At the roundabout (large salt spreader) take the 3rd exit and after approx. 100 m turn left into the car park of the NORMA shopping centre. If you are travelling by sat nav: please enter Reichenbachstr. 9 in Bad Reichenhall.
