Arrive - feel good - relax Vacation in the oasis of peace, away from the big traffic, surrounded by meadows, forests and wonderful mountain panorama in a dreamlike sunny altitude and yet you are in the centre in five minutes by car. Five minutes by car from the town centre of Bad Reichenhall in the Karlstein district lies our country house - 650m above sea level - 100m higher than Bad Reichenhall - in a sunny, quiet location, away from the traffic, in the midst of magnificent mountain forests with a panoramic view of the Reichenhall mountain scenery, and a wide free view of the valley as far as Salzburg. Our well-kept, family-run house is built and furnished in the style of a country house, surrounded by wonderful flower arrangements. The personal atmosphere and the tips for beautiful excursion destinations, hikes or mountain tours are gladly accepted by our guests. Forget stress and everyday rush during extensive walks and hikes (possible from the house), on hot days at our bathing lake, the Thumsee (10 minutes walk away), while exploring the popular excursion destinations Salzburg and Berchtesgaden [ 20 km] or simply relax in the Rupertus Therme [3 km] and indulge in the beauty and wellness area. After the excursions, end the day with a glass of wine or a cool beer on the balcony and simply enjoy the silence of the warm summer nights. In our country house we offer our guests two holiday apartments of different sizes. All have a balcony and a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains. We would be pleased to welcome you as our guests.
