Our house is centrally located in a quiet, sunny location in Schönau am Königssee with an unobstructed view of meadows and the mountain panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The cozy apartments and our garden with large lawn will contribute to a relaxing vacation. Our house is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours in the Berchtesgaden Alps. In only a short time you can reach famous excursion destinations like Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus, Obersalzberg or Salzbergwerk by car or from the nearby bus stop. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached comfortably in a short time on foot. On request you can get bread service or breakfast. In addition to a vacation apartment you can rent double or single rooms. In winter you will find a cross-country ski trail directly behind the house. The Jenner hiking and skiing area invites you to mountain tours and mountain bike tours in summer and skiing and snowboarding in winter. Our guests can make use of free WLAN.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs towards Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and then reach the community of Bischofswiesen. At the end of the village, follow the road in the direction of Königssee and you will meet the Bundesstraße 305. Follow the Bundesstraße 305 until you come to a large intersection. Keep to the right here and turn right in the direction of Schönau am Königssee / Ramsau. Follow the Ramsauer Straße and turn left at the first intersection. Drive up the Stangerberg and then follow Löslerstraße to the intersection. Turn right here and you will reach Storchenstraße.
