Die NR-Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Neubau im 1. Stock und ist mit Massivholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neue hochwertige Gesamtausstattung mit gehobenen Komfort und eine sehr gute Qualität. Die Fewo verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett 2m x 1,80m und ist mit Nachtkonsole und Nachttischlampe sowie einen 3-türigen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Bei den Betten sind Kopf - und Fussteil verstellbar. Eine schöne große Wohnküche mit einer Alno - Einbauküche mit Cerankochfelder, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher und ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach steht Ihnen im Küchenbereich zu Verfügung, sowie eine separate Eßecke mit Tisch und Stühlen. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer gemütlichen Wohnlandschaft und einem Couchtisch ausgestattet und ein Sat-TV-Flachbildschirm eine HI-FI-Stereoanlage sowie eine Garderobe mit Wandspiegel und Schuhablage ausgestattet. Im Bad mit Fenster befinden sich eine Dusche und ein WC und ein großes Waschbecken. Head and footboard are adjustable in all beds. Closet in each bedroom. Large kitchen-living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, the table is extendable. Beautiful u. southern, in absolute dream location in the district of Königssee, located farm. Free mountain view to the Watzmann, Jenner, Schönfeldspitze, Grünstein u.Reiteralpe. In absolute isolation, we invite you and children to vacation and relax. Our animals on the farm are chickens, mother cow - keeping, sheep, dwarf rabbit and cat. With a little luck you can often see our forest animals, such as deer, fox, hawk, buzzard and wild hare, so binoculars are highly recommended. A large playground with swings, slide, table tennis, giant trampoline, play tower w. climbing wall, a large sand playground, kettcars, pedal tractors, etc. is available for the children. A cozy, equipped wooden pavilion and sun loungers contribute to your relaxation. The Koppensteinlehen is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in our alpine - national park Berchtesgaden. In winter with wonderful snow you can descend with the sledge over our meadows and build a beautiful snowman and for the skiers our snow-sure house mountain of the Jenner offers itself.The Jennerbahn, the baker, a sports shopping center and the beautiful Königssee are in 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. The famous bobsleigh - u. Toboggan run at Königssee can be reached in 5 minutes by car. We would be very pleased to welcome you to our beautiful Koppensteinlehen.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden. You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station. There you take the exit in the direction of Königssee. Follow the B20 to Königssee. Then follow Richard-Voss-Straße to No. 70,72 and turn left into the wide Sandstraße.
