Take a vacation with the Ilsanker's in Schönau am Königssee! The special thing about the Berchtesgadener Land is the untouched mountain landscape in the Alpine National Park, which is overlooked by the legendary Watzmann and crowned by the Königssee. Our family-run house is centrally and sunny located with a panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Our comfortably furnished vacation apartments all have separate bedrooms and spacious balconies or terraces. In front of our house there is a log cabin with wood stove, a barbecue area and a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. Directly in front of our house numerous hiking or walking trails start into the untouched nature of Schönau am Königssee. Not far from our house start numerous mountain tours in the direction of Watzmann, Grünstein or in the Jenner hiking area. During the winter months you will find a cross-country ski trail directly at the house. Cleared winter hiking trails, ski lifts or toboggan runs can be reached in just a few minutes. By car or by public transport you can quickly reach Berchtesgaden, the Kehlsteinhaus or the neighboring towns of Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Free WLAN is available to our guests.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station. There, take the Schönau exit and drive uphill along Oberschönauer Straße. Follow the Oberschönauer Straße. After a while you will find Sammerlweg on the right side.
