Spend your vacation in our comfortable and cozy apartment in Schönau am Königssee in a sunny, quiet and central location at the foot of the Grünstein, the precursor of the famous Watzmann. The apartment offers you a magnificent mountain view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. All important starting points for your undertakings, such as Königssee and St. Bartholomä, Jennerbahn, outdoor pool and cross-country ski trail are within easy walking distance. Restaurants, spa facilities and bus stop (reachable in 2 minutes) are nearby.

By plane:Munich airport is 185 km away, to Salzburg international airport it is only 25 km from Berchtesgaden / Schönau.By train:The international express train line Munich-Salzburg-Vienna serves the region in an environmentally friendly way by rail to the destination station Berchtesgaden.By car:You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the Bad Reichenhall exit. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (If continuing, VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20, follow the signs for Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.Take the Schönau exit and drive uphill on Oberschönauer Straße. Follow the Oberschönauer Straße. After some time you will reach an intersection. Keep left and follow the main road. Now follow Waldhauserstraße to the next intersection. Turn right here into Grünsteinstraße. Turn left at the next street and you will find yourself in Fischmichlstraße.We wish you a good journey!
