Welcome to the alpine national park Berchtesgaden. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Watzmann and the Berchtesgaden Alps. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the Berchtesgaden mountains. In only five minutes walking distance you can reach the bus stop, which takes you to the center of Berchtesgaden or to the picturesque Königssee. A trip across the unique Königssee with the famous Echo and the pilgrimage church of St. Bartholomä is recommended, as well as a ride on the Jennerbahn, the Jenner is considered a popular destination for hikers and in winter the Jenner is the largest ski area in the Berchtesgadener Land. Short distances to all important facilities such as tourist information, restaurants, shopping and graduation house with Kneipp facilities. In the winter season we can offer you even more plus points. The skiing area "Jenner" is only 2 km away. Likewise the world-famous artificial ice toboggan and bobsleigh run. The natural toboggan run of Vorderbrand ends 100 m from our house. Approximately 400 m away is a cross-country ski trail that runs through the municipal area. We provide our guests with free WLAN.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station. There, take the exit towards Königssee and follow Königsseerstraße in the direction of Königssee. After some time, turn left into Alte Königsseer Straße and follow it. Turn left at the next intersection into Richard-Voss-Straße. After a few meters turn left into Holzlobstraße.
