Our cozy apartment, consisting of an anteroom with wardrobe, extra toilet, bathroom with sink and shower, bedroom with double bed, bedside table and closet (painted country style). A small fitted kitchen with seating area, is fully equipped with dishwasher and ceramic hob ,toaster and coffee maker ect. The living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, farmhouse wardrobe, chest of drawers and SAT-TV. This apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture and meadow, where you can enjoy our beautiful view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. There is the possibility, on request, to put a baby crib and a high chair in the apartment. The apartment is about 55 m² and offers space for 2 to 4 people.

Description

Sunny, central location, yet quiet. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bank, hiking possibilities in the immediate vicinity, bus stop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. You have a beautiful view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Free parking space is 50 meters away. Distance to Salzburg about 15 km. Our house is located in the ski resort Oberau, the Roßfeld ski slope passes the house. Toboggan run and beautiful winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, baby lift and ski and snowboard schools are nearby. Sledges can be rented. Dogs up to 40 cm shoulder height are accepted! We are looking forward to welcoming you!

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youngsters from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). Linen change on request: € 10,- per bed
