Description

The apartments in the Ludwig-Ganghoferstraße,directly at the foot of the wooded Kalvarienberg,are centrally located and yet very quiet, except for theVogelgewitscher in summer. The beautiful stores, attractive cafes and restaurants, bus stops, the train station and the Kur- und Kongresshauss are within walking distance. In a culinary journey through the variety of our restaurants in the village, you will experience the delicacies of our region (eg hearty roast pork with bread dumplings and a fresh Berchtesgaden beer, followed by a cool herb gentian to finish). The digestive walk is short to their cozy vacation apartment.The picturesque landscape on the right can be reached in about an hour on foot - the path to the "Kneifelspitze" rewards the hiker with a magnificent view over the Berchtesgaden valley basin.

Environment description

At the foot of the Calvary, gently touched by the deciduous forest, the chirping of birds, relaxing peace and a unique mountain panorama await you in the morning. In two minutes on foot you can reach the pedestrian zone in the historic centre with nice cafes, excellent restaurants, inviting shops, relaxing pubs, bus stops and taxis.
