Our house with 3 non-smoking apartments for 2-3 persons each is situated in a sunny and very quiet location directly at the foot of the Grünstein and the Watzmann. The Königssee, the artificial ice rink and the Jennerbahn are only 2 km away and can be reached via a beautiful footpath at the edge of the forest. Bus stop, bakery and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. We offer balconies with beautiful views, exclusively wooden and tiled floors, underfloor heating and free high-speed internet connection (free WLAN).

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station.Take the Schönau exit and drive uphill on Oberschönauer Straße. Follow the Oberschönauer Straße. After some time you will reach an intersection. Keep left and follow the main road. Now follow Waldhauserstraße to the next intersection. Turn right here into Grünsteinstraße. Take the next street immediately to the left and you will find yourself in Fischmichlstraße.
