Our holiday apartment is quietly and centrally located in the town center. You live on the ground floor with your own entrance and a sun terrace. There is also a covered parking space available. The country-style kitchen-living room offers you every comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove (ceramic hob), microwave and oven with grill function. The adjoining living area with satellite TV leads to the south-facing sun terrace. Garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol and a grill are available. The in-house spring provides refreshment on hot summer days. You have two separate bedrooms. The smaller room has a French double bed and a sink. In the large room there is a wide double bed and access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an additional toilet in the hallway. In the basement you have your own washing machine and a freezer.

The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 Euro for adults, 1.55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change) Pets are allowed in our house. We ask for your understanding that max. 2 dogs can be brought along.

From Germany:Motorway exit Bad Reichenhall in the direction of Berchtesgaden aud the B 305 to Salzburg. In Marktschellenberg, 10 km after Berchtesgaden , before pedestrian traffic light sharp right direction Zill. After 200 m you are at your destination.Via the highway through à–sterreà­ch:Autobahn direction Villach, at the exit Salzburg Süd on the B160 direction Berchtesgaden. In Marktschellenberg after the pedestrian traffic light turn left in the direction of Zill. After 200 m you are at your destination.
