Our newly built vacation house in a sunny, absolutely quiet and isolated location with a wonderful mountain panorama is ideal for small groups. It is safe for children, last house surrounded by paddocks of petting animals and offers hiking opportunities directly from the house. At the house is a large lawn with sufficient deck chairs and cushions, barbecue, fireplace, table tennis, giant trampoline, playground and sandbox, many pedal cars and bikes, large parking lot at the house. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels are provided.Bargain weeks!!! Request info.Winter hikes - sledding - recreation - relaxation everything is possible directly at the house. Enjoy your vacation in stylish winter surroundings in our sunny vacation home. In our large garden you can build snowmen and igloos or have a snowball fight. Ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and toboggan run nearby.dogs only on request!

Arrival Description

Leave the freeway Munich/Salzburg at the exit Bad Reichenhall and drive on the B20 to Berchtesgaden. Here continue straight on the B305 to Marktschellenberg. In Marktschellenberg turn right next to the church and drive up the road towards Scheffau/Zill. After approx.500m you reach the cemetery on the right and turn left there in the direction of Köpplschneidweg, follow the road until the beginning of the second piece of forest, then turn left again and continue to the last house.( Hornlehen)
