Description

Our house with the well-equipped 80 square metre holiday flat is designed for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Ideal for families with children (no baby equipment available). You live at the foot of the Grünstein - the forerunner of the famous Watzmann, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding Berchtesgaden mountains. Enjoy the pleasant holiday apartment atmosphere with a large balcony and integrated outdoor seating area as well as a flat where you can really relax. Within easy reach of the outdoor pool, salt mine, Jenner, Königssee and St. Bartholomä, various hiking and mountaineering trails, Kneipp facilities and the Königssee footpath. For your relaxation in the winter months there is good heating in all rooms, as well as a drying room for winter sports activities. The use of a sauna is also offered in the holiday flat itself. Cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs and ski runs are in the immediate vicinity or within easy reach. Otherwise an ideal starting point for winter hikes on 60 km of cleared winter hiking trails and 30 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come down the Silbergstraße. Turn right onto the B305 in the direction of Ramsau. Drive 1.2 km. You will pass through the village of Engedey. After entering the village, turn left after 300 m uphill to Schönau am Königssee. Drive up the Duftberg. At the entrance to the village, it is another 500 m to Vorbergstraße on the right.
