Description

Well-maintained house in a sunny and quiet location of Schönau am Königssee. Nearby you will find various restaurants, shopping, a bakery and butcher and the local tourist information. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop. Also various hiking trails can be reached directly from the house. On 60 km of cleared WInterwanderwege you can enjoy the fresh air of the Alpine National Park. Jenner and Watzmann are just waiting to be discovered by you. Here you can really enjoy your vacation. The house has two vacation apartments, including one with two separate bedrooms. The apartments are fully equipped. Free WLAN is available to our guests.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs towards Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the villages of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.From there take the exit towards Königssee, at the end of the village turn right down Untersteinerstraße. You are now in the municipal area of Schönau am Königssee. Follow the Untersteinerstraße. Drive through the village center, past the church (on your left) and an EDEKA market (on your right). At the next intersection, turn right and drive up a small hill. Now you have reached Waldhauserstraße.
