Welcome to Haus Baumgart. Enjoy your vacation in our cozy and quietly located vacation apartment with balcony and view of the fantastic Berchtesgaden Alps with Watzmann and Jenner. Center, shopping facilities, Kneipp facility with graduation house, cross-country ski trails as well as the Königssee with the famous echo and the pilgrimage church of St. Bartholomä and the Jenner can be reached in no time. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Bread roll service and transfer possibilities. Children are welcome. We provide free WLAN for our guests.

The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.From there take the exit to Königssee on the B20, at the end of the town turn right down Untersteinerstraße. You are now in the municipal area of Schönau am Königssee. After about 2 minutes drive you will reach Haus Baumgart.
