Our newly renovated vacation apartment "Almrausch" is furnished in a modern country house style the associated south-facing balcony is accessible via the outside hallway and is equipped with a folding table, chairs and a hanging armchair. Furthermore, the apartment has a cozy living / dining room with dining area and couch and hatch to the kitchen with dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower possibility as well as a washing machine. 2 bedrooms are available: 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A 3rd bedroom, located outside the apartment on the 1st floor can be rented in addition for 1-2 more people. This is about 12 sqm large and equipped with sofa bed (190 x 160 cm) as well as private shower/WC and TV. Price per person: Euro 15,--

Description

Our newly renovated house is located in a wonderful central valley location at the entrance to the mountain village of Ramsau in the Berchtesgaden National Park. You spend your vacation in tastefully furnished apartments with attention to detail. Best equipped you can really feel at home. The most beautiful time of the year can begin..... Surrounded by Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralpe you will find everything you need. Right next door, a bakery with a café and a rich breakfast and snack offer invites you to take a break. A bus stop, restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and in just one kilometer you are in front of the famous Ramsau parish church. The rushing Wimbachklamm - one of Germany's most beautiful hiking trails, the legendary Zauberwald or high up on the Watzmann? Hiking trails, whether easy or challenging, start right outside the front door. Drive to the famous Königssee with Sankt Bartholomä or enjoy breathtaking views in winter or summer from the mountain restaurant on the Jenner , there it is only 10 minutes by car.

Arrival Description

Freeway A 8 Munich- Salzburg to exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on the B 306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach to Unterjettenberg, from there on the B 305 via Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde to Ramsau center. Here turn right into the valley and follow the road "Im Tal" for approx. 100 m. Our house is on the left side.
