The vacation apartment "Glück Auf" is located on the 2nd floor of our house and offers space for 2-4 people. Our 2019 newly built vacation apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower & toilet as well as radio and hairdryer. House corridor with closet and coat rack. For a cozy start to the day or a cozy evening, provides our open kitchen-living room, this is equipped with refrigerator incl. freezer, stove and oven, coffee machine-pad machine (pad`s are not provided), toaster and kettle, a microwave, as well as a bar counter with 2 cozy bar stools. The open plan kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking in the presence of your family. Large dining table with seating for 4 (children's chairs available upon request). A large comfortable couch lets you end the day relaxed. 2 satellite TV (bedroom and living area), WLAN in the entire apartment, total 3 large dormer windows with mountain views of the Grünstein and our courtyard. Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge, bread service (in the house) possible for an extra charge. Baby crib on request. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Description

Our property is open year-round and is located a 5-minute walk from Königssee, standing alone and surrounded by the magnificent mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps, at the foot of the Watzmann. The Siegllehen was originally a forester's lodge of the royal hunters. In order to offer our guests the necessary comfort, our house was lovingly renovated! Our guesthouse is also ideally situated in winter! In front of our house is a water trough with benches, a beautiful large coffee terrace with awning and an impressive view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Enjoy breakfast here, a cool drink during the day or spend a cozy evening with our house guests. Our large sunny balcony, which is accessible to every guest, invites you to relax and enjoy.

Environment description

Our house is centrally located in an unspoiled sunny location. 4 hectares of own land around the house, guarantee you peace and relaxation. A special highlight is our Almkaser (a vacation apartment) directly at the house. Experience pure cottage romance in the valley - in summer and winter! Our park-like facility offers all our guests enough space to relax without having to look for "the distance". Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station. Take the Königssee exit and follow the Königsseer Straße (B20) straight ahead. At the gas station turn left into Sieglweg. Our house is located after a few meters on the right side.
