Our vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our newly built house in a sunny south-facing slope and offers you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains from the south-facing balcony. The apartment is furnished in Bavarian country style and has a living room with large pull-out couch and satellite TV, a separate kitchen with a nice dining area, kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob and refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as hallway with wardrobe. In the separate bedroom there is a double bed in the size of 2.00 x 2.00 m. Enjoy the cozy warmth of the underfloor heating, which is used to heat the apartment in addition, the entire apartment is equipped with wipe-clean floors.

Description

Our house, newly built in 2015 in Bavarian style, is located in a sunny, central but quiet location and offers you a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the Ramsau church. Bus stop, Bergkurgarten, restaurants and stores are within walking distance.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg to exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on the B 306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach to Unterjettenberg, from there on the B 305 via Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde to Ramsau center. Turn right here into the valley and follow the road "Im Tal". After approx. 300 m turn right into the street "Holzenfeld" and follow it to house no. 2.
