Our newly renovated apartment ?Grünstein? is ideal for two persons. It is located on the first floor and offers a seating area in front of the house and another one behind the house with a view of the mountains. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is functionally and modernly furnished.The kitchen-living room offers a dining area for two, as well as a couch, flatscreen and WLAN.The kitchenette is fully equipped with induction stove (2 plates), microwave with grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WCHairdryer and towels are of course ready for you.The separate, very quiet bedroom is furnished with double bed, closet and full-length mirror and a chest of drawers.Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We are dog owners and unfortunately do not accept pets. Please note that there is an unsecured garden pond on the property.

The Königssee as well as the Jennerbahn, the heated outdoor pool, stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A ski lift and the entrance to the cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity. In the large garden you can let your soul dangle.The magnificent mountain view will inspire you. The hiking trails for example to the Königssee or to the Grünstein start not far from the house. The small village center of Oberschönau with butcher, baker, bank and inn is about 800 m, the center of Schönau with tourist info, town hall, outdoor pool, pharmacy, etc. is just under 1 km away.Also the cultural city of Salzburg is only 20 km away.Whether active vacation or quiet relaxation ? Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden. You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station. From there, take the next exit in the direction of Schönau (Oberschönau) and follow the main road. After Waldhauserstraße turn right. The house is located after about 0.6 km on the right side.
