Absolute plus: the glass-covered terrace and in front of it a private sunbathing lawn. High-quality, coordinated and cozy is the interior design of the vacation home Kaffeesatz. The living room impresses with a large panoramic window, leather sofa, TV, music system and wooden parquet floor. Dining is at a large oak table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, mixer, toaster and juicer. An accent is set by the modern refrigerator in the style of the sixties.The three bedrooms are each furnished with a wardrobe as well as twice with double bed and once with two single beds. In the modern bathroom with ample space for utensils is a washing machine. On the second floor there is a cozy reading corner and a desk, a separate room on the ground floor is suitable for storing bicycles or strollers. Lake Königssee can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. In the other direction, a footpath always leads along the river to the Berchtesgaden train station. The plateau of Oberschönau invites you to extensive walks. Bicycle tours start right from the front door. To the baker, to the Bavarian inn or to the pizzeria it is only a few meters. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation home is a public outdoor swimming pool. To the Königssee - and thus also to the National Park Berchtesgaden it is 2.6 km, to the historic center of Berchtesgaden 6 km, to the Jennerbahn 2.7 km. The Mozart city of Salzburg can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The vacation house is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, bike tours or skiing.

About the host

As a master confectioner and patissier, I have traveled a lot myself and therefore know how nice it is to arrive somewhere and immediately feel at home. Since you always look forward to your vacation the whole year, the accommodation should be comfortable, clean, quiet and comfortable. I value comfortable mattresses because I know how important a good bed is. We have designed our vacation home Kaffeesatz so that we ourselves would like to move in

Arrival Description

Leave the freeway at Piding (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) and continue in the direction of Berchtesgaden. At the Berchtesgaden train station follow the B20 in the direction of Königssee. At the MC Donald/gas station turn right into Schornstraße. Follow the street until you reach the "Schornbad". Directly opposite turn into the small side street and follow the street. Take the first street on the right "In der Artenreit 11".
