Welcome to Schönau a. Königssee! Haus Bergfreund is located in a quiet, sunny location in the heart of Schönau. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden mountains from the terrace.In a few minutes you can reach popular destinations such as the Königssee with the boat ride and the valley station of the Jennerbahn, which offers an ideal starting point for numerous hikes in the summer. Whether for young or old beautiful walks can also be started from our house. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs directly behind the house.In the immediate vicinity is a bakery, other shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes by car. Free WLAN is available to our guests.

Arrival Description

Take the Salzburg freeway (A8) to the Bad Reichenhall exit (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) and continue on the B20 via Bayrisch-Gmain - Bischofswiesen - Berchtesgaden. From the traffic circle Berchtesgaden direction Schönau a. Königssee, via Oberschönauerstraße into Waldhauserstraße. At the bakery on the road turn right and directly behind it you will find our house at Waldhauserstraße 91.
