Modern, high quality and with passion thought through to the detail - a warm welcome to our vacation apartment in mint condition. The house with a total of 5 apartments was completed as a completely new building in 2018. You live in a quiet residential area without through traffic but still centrally located in the district Unterschönau. Only 2 km away from Königssee you have peace and short distances at the same time. The apartment is on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and private garden. The view of the mountains of Berchtesgaden will inspire you. Just like the furnishings and design of the apartment, which offers you, among other things, an LED lighting concept, real wood and natural stone elements, a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and a high quality equipped kitchen. The nearest bus stop is only 200 m or a 3-minute walk away. The first hiking trails to the Grünstein start not far from the house. Also just a 5-minute walk away is a small café and a pharmacy. The center of Schönau with bakery, butcher, supermarket, inns, tourist info and outdoor pool is 800 m away. The Schön-Klinik Berchtesgaden is also virtually right next door. Our guests have a wide range of inclusive services at their disposal, including WLAN, underground parking, reserved outdoor parking, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Arrival Description

By car: Coming from the A8 Munich-Salzburg take the exit "Bad Reichenhall". Please note: Coming from Munich, take the last exit before the Austrian border. From the freeway exit "Bad Reichenhall" follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.Directly at the entrance to Berchtesgaden you will reach the train station on the left and a large traffic circle.In the traffic circle take the third exit directly in the direction of Schönau (one exit after REWE and Intersport).You drive slightly uphill for about 1 km along the Königsseer Straße. At the end of Berchtesgaden turn right into Untersteiner Straße towards Schönau. For about 2 km you follow the Untersteiner Straße and pass the town hall.After the EDEKA market you turn sharp right at the Gasthof Brunneck into the Waldhauserstraße and follow it for about 600m.You turn left at the turning lane into the Hirschenweg, keep left and you reach the street "Im Hochwald". At the fork, keep to the right and after 50m you will be in front of the entrance to the underground car park.In the map, you have the option of creating a route planner by entering your starting address.By train:Take the train to Berchtesgaden station. At the station forecourt take the public bus number 842, 843 or 846 in the direction of Schönau, get off at the stop "Hochwald Schönau".Walk directly opposite the stop into Hirschenweg and you will reach the address Im Hochwald 4a after only 2 easy minutes on foot. Or you can take a cab at the station forecourt for about 15,- EUR.By plane:The airport Salzburg is about 30 minutes away by car.A cab from there costs about 60 EUR.
