Description

Your vacation home is located on the 1st floor and enchants alone by the magnificent view of the spectacular mountains all around. The house is very quietly located on a hill on the outskirts of the village and dates from the 70s. In the complex there are 70 for the most part permanently inhabited residential units. For loading and unloading you drive directly to the front door and the parking lot is located below the house. This parking lot belongs to the house. The train station and the Königssee are not far away. A bakery, a supermarket and a pizzeria are within walking distance. According to the house rules, please pay attention to our corona rules.

The Watzmann right in front of your eyes! Whether in the indoor swimming pool, on the balcony or in the room - the Berchtesgaden landmark smiles directly into the freshly renovated and modernly equipped vacation apartment.

terms/extras

The above prices are plus spa tax of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0-6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). We ask for a deposit of 200,- Euro on arrival.

Arrival Description

At the traffic circle station 3rd exit direction Königssee, after about one kilometer turn left into Vorderbrandstraße and immediately left again into the service road. The house is located on a hill on the outskirts of the village with a fantastic view of the Watzmann and can be reached via a steep, single-lane road. For loading and unloading you can park directly in front of the house. The parking spaces are a little bit below the facility.
