Single-family house - hillside house above Berchtesgaden in sunny quiet south-facing hillside location on the edge of the forest with views of the mountain panorama.Village center Berchtesgaden in 15 minutes walk, nearest bus stop (Dr.-Elschner-Str.) in 10 - 15 minutes away. The Oberkälberstein inn is only 5 minutes away. In about 30 minutes walk you are at the natural swimming pool Aschauerweiher, or cross-country skiing center (22 km gesp. Loipen) Aschauerweiher in winter. We are an ideal starting point for walks and hikes.
