Vacation apartment with a dream view. The newly furnished vacation apartment, which is sunny until late in the evening, is quietly located on the Faselsberg at 850m. It offers a fantastic mountain panorama over the Berchtesgaden National Park with Watzmann, Königssee and the surrounding mountains, yet it is only a 5-minute drive to the center of Berchtesgaden. The 75 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance, a south-west balcony with dream views, 2 separate bedrooms with balcony access, a spacious living room with panoramic window, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The parking lot is located directly at the house.

Arrival Description

Variant without vignette for ASFINAG toll (Austria): via the A8 from Munich towards Salzburg, take the exit Bad Reichenhall/Piding and drive via B20 towards Berchtesgaden until the traffic circle at the main station. From there, continue on the B20 in the direction of Königssee until you reach the Faslelsberg turnoff. Turn left here into Vorderbrandstraße and follow the road until you reach house number 63. To enter the property, please drive 150 m further and turn around - entry only possible "from above".
