Our modern furnished apartment for 2 to 4 people, has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and a magnificent view of the Kehlstein, a separate, spacious kitchen, equipped with a cooking island, bar stools and with everything that belongs to a kitchen.The two cozy bedrooms, with handmade box spring beds ensure restful nights.The modern daylight bathroom, combined with walk-in shower and bathtub is equipped with towels and a hairdryer.Additional features of the apartment: underfloor heating throughout the apartment. All windows are equipped with electric blinds. W-LAN can be used via guest access. The apartment is at ground level. Welcome to Haus Schmidt in the heart of Berchtesgaden.Our centrally located, ground level 104 sqm vacation apartment, with its own entrance and garage, is located in the historic center of Berchtesgaden. The apartment is characterized by its central location in the historic town center. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, spa garden, versch. Leisure facilities in the shortest time are within walking distance. At the train station you are in 10 walking minutes.

Bus, train and cab stand in the immediate vicinity. Doctor and pharmacy in the neighborhood. Signposted biking and hiking trails. Pedestrian zone and shopping facilities within a few minutes walk. Several sights, e.g. "Haus der Berge" documentation Obersalzberg Königssee, Salzbergwerk and much more in a few minutes by car or by bus. A8 from Munich: Leave the freeway A8 at the exit Bad Reichenhall and follow the signs to Berchtesgaden Zentrum Berchtesgaden Arrived in Berchtesgaden center leave the AlpenCongress (Kongresshaus Berchtesgaden) on the right and follow the main street until below the congress center. Your accommodation, Haus Schmidt, is now on the left side of the street. From Salzburg: Follow the road signs to Marktschellenberg. Pass Marktschellenberg and keep going in the direction of Berchtesgaden Zentrum and follow the main road. At the Bavaria intersection (Hotel Bavaria on the right), turn towards Markt Berchtesgaden / Zentrum and follow Bahnhofstraße up the hill. Below the AlpenCongress you will find your accommodation on the right side of the street. Attention. - If you use the Austrian freeway, you will have to pay a freeway toll.
