Our new vacation apartment "Almrausch" , for 1 up to 4 people, with a total area of about 47 square meters is located on the 1st floor, and offers a fantastic view of the Ramsau mountains. The apartment is divided into a large living-dining area with kitchen, separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with hairdryer, vanity mirror and towel dryer, and hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and oven with 4 ceramic hobs. In the living area there is a cozy dining area, a (bedroom) couch and a large flat screen TV. In the complete apartment you have free wifi reception, and underfloor heating. The whole building is a non-smoking house. Smokers can of course enjoy their cigarette on the south and southeast balcony belonging to the apartment. Balcony furniture is available. If you are more people, (max. 6), or prefer an extra bedroom, there is the possibility to book one in addition. (Subject to availability). This room is about 26 square meters, has a double bed, bathroom, and south-facing balcony. Balcony furniture available. Our newly renovated vacation apartment 'Edelweiss' is located on the 1st floor. Spread over approx. 80 sqm you will find a separate kitchen, a large living area, a bathroom, hallway and 2 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dining area with corner bench and large table. There is also a (sofa) bed and a large flat screen TV in this area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate ground-level shower, toilet, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer, cosmetic game as well as underfloor heating. The large bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the smaller bedroom there are two single beds and a spacious wardrobe. The windows and the balcony doors face east and west. The apartment also includes an east-facing balcony with balcony furniture. The large bedroom and the bathroom are pass-through rooms. The small bedroom has an additional door to the main hallway. Apartment Edelweiss: 100 € per night for 2 persons, 15 € each additional person. All prices plus spa tax. The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and final cleaning.
