The loft "Auszeit" is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible via its own staircase. A spacious living and dining area awaits you, with a new and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). From here you have access to the absolute highlight of the apartment - the spacious outdoor seating area with fantastic mountain views from the Kehlstein to the Watzmann. Spend unique moments here, whether at breakfast, dinner or relaxing after your eventful vacation day. On the 1st floor you will also find a modern, spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. In the attic you will find the spacious bedroom with separate lounge, which offers an additional sleeping possibility for up to two children. Welcome to your "time out"- Enjoy quiet days in a cozy ambience, surrounded by magnificent mountain panorama! Our newly renovated vacation apartment is located in the sunny and flat high plateau of Oberschönau near Berchtesgaden and is therefore the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Berchtesgadener Land. You can park your car comfortably directly in front of the house or on request in the garage (extra charge). You can also store your bicycles safely and locked.In walking distance to the apartment you will find numerous restaurants and stores for daily needs, such as supermarket, bakery or pharmacy.The Königssee and the Jennerbahn as well as a large shopping center are only 3.5 km away.
