Our house is located at 770 m altitude in the district of Oberau near Berchtesgaden. We welcome you very warmly in our newly renovated vacation apartment with a total of 66sqm living space. The vacation apartment is located in a separate house above the garages. Due to the hillside location, the apartment can be reached without stairs via its own access.The equipment includes a separate bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with ground-level shower, toilet and sink.From all rooms you can reach the terrace or balcony.From the house corridor you can heat the tiled stove (wood is available for a fee from the landlord).

Environment description

We are located on the Roßfeldpanormastraße in the district of Oberau.The parking lot for the Documentation Center Obersalzberg and theKönigssee and Jennerbahn are 11 km away from us.Bus departure point Kehlsteinhaus are in 5km distance. Likewise, the salt mine Berchtesgaden can be reached in 5km, the parking lot Königssee and Jennerbahn are 11 km away from us.

About the host

We, Andrea and Christian Renoth are married since 1999. Since 01.01.2020 we have taken over the house in 3rd generation from my parents. In the winter of 2021/2022, the apartment was renovated in a lot of own work and is available from May 2022 as a vacation home.

The above prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 EUR for adults, 1,55 EUR for children/youth from 7 to 16 years old and 0,00 EUR for children from 0 - 6 years old per person and day of stay (subject to change). Parties/events are not allowed. No bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are allowed in this accommodation.

Arrival Description

You can reach us coming from Germany via the A8 exit 115 Bad Reichenhall. Then follow the B20 to Berchtesgaden, then the B305 towards Marktschellenberg. Then follow the B319 in the direction of Oberau after 400m on Roßfeldstraße keep left onto Lärcheckerweg.
