Description
Relax in our cosy, newly furnished holiday flat for 1 - 3 people in a quiet central location. The flat has a spacious sunny living room with dining table and door to the balcony, a new fitted kitchen well equipped with kitchen utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, large freezer and refrigerator, a double room with large wardrobe and door to the balcony, and a single room with sideboard and desk. The bathroom has a large shower tray, washing machine and hairdryer. A large balcony with south and west exposure invites you to linger.
Environment description
Several restaurants, a bakery and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Our holiday flat is an ideal starting point for excursions, hiking and cycling tours. You can reach a bus stop in just a few minutes on foot.
About the host
If you arrive by train, our guests will be picked up free of charge by arrangement. A free parking space for your car is available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Free WLAN. Pets on request. Enjoy your holiday with us. We look forward to seeing you!

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax. The health resort fee is € 1.00 per person and day of stay. Children up to the age of 12 are free of charge. (Subject to change without notice).
Arrival Description
From the Munich - Salzburg A8 motorway, take the last exit before the Austrian border Bad Reichenhall/Piding and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Freilassing. After approx. 700 metres on the B20 (single farmhouse on the left) turn right into Salzburger Straße. You will find our holiday flat after approx. 300 metres on the right-hand side.
