The generously designed apartment "Blaueis" was only occupied in July 2022 and completely refurnished with great attention to detail. You should lack nothing during the most beautiful days of the year. Therefore, we have placed great emphasis on high-quality equipment and combine for you a modern style of living with the coziness of wood and natural stone elements. The non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace and its own small garden. The apartment is 65 square meters and is ideal for up to 2 people. There is 1 separate bedroom and 1 spacious bathroom available. The apartment is also suitable for a small family. For this purpose, a baby travel cot is available. Larger children will find their sleeping place on the sofa. Among the special features is the combined living-dining area with high-quality equipped kitchen, bar counter incl. dining area, 65-inch flat-screen TV incl. Netflix access and a comfortable sofa. A modern bathroom of the latest standard with rainfall shower, towel warmer and heated mirror lets you start the day well. The bedroom offers you a comfortable solid wood bed (1.80 m wide), a choice of pillows, electrically adjustable slatted frames and another TV. The kitchen is extensively equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and a fully automatic coffee machine for fresh coffee enjoyment. Modern, high-quality and thought through with passion in every detail - a warm welcome to our three vacation apartments in mint condition, located in the sunny district of Oberschönau. The house is a new building with a total of 7 apartments and was completed in July 2022. You live in one of the most beautiful locations in the Berchtesgadener Land and have peace and short distances at the same time. Two of the apartments are located on the 1st floor with spacious balconies. One apartment is on the ground floor with terrace and garden. The magnificent view of the mountains of Berchtesgaden will inspire you. Just like the furnishings and design of the apartments, which offer you, among other things, an LED lighting concept, real wood and natural stone elements, rainfall showers, high-quality equipped kitchens with fully automatic coffee machines and electrically adjustable slatted frames in the solid wood beds. Sustainable planning was carried out from the outset with a photovoltaic system including a battery storage system and a filling station for e-vehicles in the underground car park. The nearest bus stop is only 300 m or a 5-minute walk away. The first hiking trails start not far from the house and you can reach the Königssee in 4.5 km. Also only 5 minutes away on foot is a small café. The small village center of Oberschönau with bakery, butcher, kiosk and pub is 900 m away, the center of Schönau with among others tourist info, town hall, outdoor pool and pharmacy is a good 2 km away. The Schön-Klinik Berchtesgaden is also just 2.5 km away. Our guests have a wide range of inclusive services at their disposal, including WLAN, underground parking, washing machine, tumble dryer and lockable guest cellar.

Arrival Description

By car: Coming from the A8 Munich-Salzburg take the exit Bad Reichenhall. Please note: Coming from Munich, this is the last exit before the border with Austria. After that there is a vignette obligation! From the Bad Reichenhall exit, follow the signs to Berchtesgaden. Directly at the entrance to Berchtesgaden you will reach the train station and a large traffic circle on your left. At the traffic circle, take the first exit directly towards Schönau (one exit before REWE and Intersport). You drive up the hill until you reach the place name sign Oberschönau. In Oberschönau take the first left into Mentenweg and keep right at the next fork. From there, go straight over the next intersection and half-right into Ahornweg. House number 5 is immediately on the right.By train: Take the train to the Berchtesgaden train station. At the station forecourt take the public bus number 843 direction Schönau, get off at the stop "Haus Ahorn". On foot, opposite the bus stop into Mentenweg, you will reach the house as described above after a few easy minutes' walk. Or you can take a cab at the station forecourt for about 15 Euro.
