Our vacation apartment Glücksfall for 2-3 people has a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, so that couples with 1-2 children can also find space in the apartment. Description

Our 2021 newly built detached house with outdoor apartment is located in the district of Oberau, 7 minutes drive from Berchtesgaden. We also offer the ideal starting point for excursions such as the salt mine or to the Königssee.Since our house is located on the Roßfeldstraße, you can directly from the house with the racing bike or mountain bike on the Roßfeld radln or start in winter a ski tour to the Roßfeld.Also walks far from large tourist crowds are possible from the apartment.Also for mountain tours and a 7-minute drive to the parking lot Hinterbrand there are a variety of opportunities for beautiful alpine tours. The Königssee is reached in 15 minutes by car. Since we are only 5 minutes drive from the Austrian border, a trip to Salzburg and the Salzburg lakes is also worth a visit.

Arrival Description

From the highway A8 (Munich in the direction of Salzburg) you can drive toll-free via Bad Reichenhall to Berchtesgaden. In Berchtesgaden you drive towards Salzburg and turn right to Oberau. You drive through the village of Oberau and turn right just before the village exit, at the grocery store. The first house on the left side is your vacation domicile.With Vignette (chargeable) you can follow the A8 also further to Austria and leave the highway at the exit "Grödig". You drive in the direction of Berchtesgaden and turn left in Unterau in the direction of Oberau and follow the above description from there on.
