On the 130 m² you will find 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen with a spacious living-dining area, a modern bathroom of a different kind and, for the particularly hard-working, a fitness and gymnastics room. 
The WiFi is of course free. When choosing the furniture and equipment, high-quality workmanship, solid quality and some natural materials were used. A dishwasher, a stove, a Nespresso coffee machine, a
kettle and accents in the choice of dishes make living even more comfortable. For multimedia freaks, there are oversized televisions in the bedrooms, a BOSE radio with Bluetooth in the kitchen and a
cult radio in the fitness room ensure a musically fine ambience. The whole family can find their place at the large real wood table in the dining area with a cozy cork ambience wall. You can also relax
together on the spacious couch in the living area. For active guests, the separate fitness area with weight bench, rowing machine, weights and gymnastics/yoga mat offers a welcome opportunity for
exercise. So that you can enjoy a well-deserved night's sleep at night, you will sleep in raised box spring beds on quality mattresses. If you value a spacious bathroom, a large shower, a homely
atmosphere in the age of cosmetics and personal care, then your heart will certainly beat faster with this designer bathroom. An illuminated mirror, a hairdryer and a separate make-up mirror are
therefore just a matter of course. From the spacious north-east balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains and it is an excellent place for an idyllic sunny breakfast. Smoking is also allowed
here. Since you are in a commercial/residential area in our house, there is an indescribably quiet, pleasant living environment, especially from the early evening hours and at night.

Description

The building was built in the 1990s and is in top condition after extensive renovation and modernization measures. An in-house CHP (combined heat and power plant) even allows you to generate your own 
electricity and use the waste heat for heating. So green living! Not only do 9 families find their home in the house - there are also numerous companies, a doctor, a lawyer, the sports outlet, a Chinese
restaurant and a meeting point for children and adults for dance/martial arts and yoga courses. All that was missing was a small paradise for holidaymakers, travelers and spa guests in the form of a
holiday apartment. This has also been available to our guests since April 2024. Since you are in a commercial/residential area in our house, there is an indescribably quiet, pleasant living environment, especially from the early evening hours and at
night.

Environment description

In addition to the CHINA restaurant directly in the house, you will find five other restaurants within a radius of 2.0 km where you can enjoy culinary delights. A PENNY market is just 200 m away. You can
also shop in town at REWE, ALDI, small bakeries and a specialist butcher shop. The mountain sports outlet on the ground floor invites you to shop next to the outlet stores NIKE, Adidas, Shiva, Odlo and
the Zillertalter Trachtenwelt next to the motorway (2.0 km away). A few minutes away by car: the spa town of Bad Reichenhall with its spa park, the graduation tower or the Pfarrstuhl cable car.
Berchtesgaden or the city of Salzburg can also be reached in just 20 minutes and are highly recommended for day trips. Thanks to good connections to public transport (bus: 600 m/train: 800 m), you can
get around quickly and easily even without a car.

We, Thomas Kuhne and Angelika Burgstaller, warmly welcome you to our little holiday paradise. As the owner of this building and your host, we have been constantly striving since we purchased it in autumn
2019 to create a place here in the village that stands for modern, green living, where you feel comfortable and what is on offer. If you love our concept “Extraordinary – Close to Nature – Clean”, you
will certainly feel at home here and it would be the greatest compliment to us to be able to welcome you again and again as a regular guest. So – let us invite you to a relaxing, unforgettable stay and

In addition to the high-quality living ambience in your spacious holiday accommodation with its own fitness room, free WiFi and morning sun balcony, you can also take advantage of additional services. If
desired, an electric charging station for your car is available in the underground car park. Parking outside the complex is free of charge. You can also take advantage of a laundry and ironing service,
and bikes you bring can be stored in a lockable room free of charge. In rare cases, upon request, it is possible for the landlord to pick you up from Piding train station upon arrival. We generally ask
you to contact the landlord by phone or email 1-2 days before arrival so that the time of arrival on the day of arrival can be announced. Paid additional services (e-charging, laundry/ironing service)
will be charged before departure together with the tourist tax (€1 per person/night - children up to 12 years free).
Payment on site upon departure: Cash payment, payment with EC or credit card (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express) possible!

Arrival Description

If you are coming by car from the A8 motorway, leave it at the Bad Reichenhall exit and follow the signs to Bad Reichenhall for about 2 km. From the B20, turn right into the Piding-Au district and after 
another 800 m you will reach your destination on the right. Coming from the small German corner of Lofer, head towards the A8 motorway. 2 km before the motorway, turn right from the B20 immediately after
the Saalach bridge into the district of Piding-Au. From here it is still 800 m to your destination. Train travelers take the train from Freilassing main station towards Berchtesgaden. You leave the train
at the stop in Piding, ask about the local Hagebau market, which is right next to your accommodation, and reach your destination after just a 5-minute walk. The taxi company FORSTER, based directly in
our house (Tel. 0049-8651-766059), can pick you up at your expense from a nearby train station or from Salzburg Airport, which is only 10 minutes by car from your accommodation in Piding.
