The modern new apartment Marianne Bergpanorama on 60sqm in exclusive design is located on the first floor. The apartment offers 2 beautiful terraces with great views of the mountains for breakfast with mountain views or chilling out and relaxing.
There is also space outside for wonderful barbecue evenings for couples and friends or pure enjoyment in the lounge.
The Marianne Bergpanorama vacation apartment is located at the foot of the Hoher Göll and Obersalzberg on Vorderbrandstrasse. To the Königssee and Berchtesgaden town center are 5 minutes away.
The Marianne vacation apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours.

Environment description

The apartment is located about 5 minutes drive from the center of Berchtesgaden and the Königssee in the direction of Vorderbrand / Jenner in a quiet residential area.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. 
Great view from the apartment to the surrounding mountains and the Watzmann. 
The golf course on the Obersalzberg is 5 km away and the ski and cross-country ski trails are about 10 minutes away.

terms/extras

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of currently 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

If you are traveling by car:

If you are traveling via the A8 Munich-Salzburg freeway, please note the following regarding the Austrian vignette:
Take the Bad Reichenhall exit in the direction of Berchtesgaden and drive approx. 30-35 minutes to Berchtesgaden.
You do not pay a vignette fee. 

However, if your navigation system guides you via the faster route, drive via Austria and at Salzburg Süd towards Berchtesgaden.

Please note: these 5 km are subject to vignettes and you will be charged a penalty fee if you are held up at the Salzburg Süd/Berchtesgaden exit.

 If you arrive by train, we recommend taking a cab, which are located directly in front of the station building.
