Unsere 2016 neu errichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 8 Parteien Hauses und bietet Platz auf 80m2. Das Haus liegt idyllisch in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des Grünsteins. Es verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Für Ihr Auto steht in der Tiefgarage des Hauses ein Stellplatz bereit (Einfahrtshöhe 2m).

Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in den Bergen bietet unsere Wohnung viele Annehmlichkeiten, um zu entspannen.
Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie in unserer Ferienwohnung willkommen zu heißen und Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Berchtesgadener Land zu bieten.

Environment description

Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt der malerische Königssee, umgeben von der atemberaubenden Bergwelt rund um den Watzmann.
Erkunden Sie die faszinierende Landschaft entlang zahlreicher Wanderwege mit urigen Hütten, die zum Einkehren einladen. Oder unternehmen Sie eine Bootsfahrt über den smaragdgrünen Königssee. Per Gondel können Sie bis zum Jennergipfel hochfahren, um das großartige Naturschutzgebiet von oben betrachten zu können oder eine Höhenwanderung zu unternehmen. Die nahegelegene Kulturstadt Salzburg erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde.

About the host

Helmut and Christa Gabel love life in Schönau am Königssee and appreciate the natural beauty, the rich culture, the lively traditions and the numerous sports and leisure activities that this region has to offer. They are happy to provide their guests with help and advice, be it with questions or recommendations for activities around the Königssee and the surrounding mountains. They personally welcome their guests on arrival and hand over the keys to the flat.

Possibility for psychotherapy sessions

During their stay, guests have the opportunity to make appointments at Christa Gabel's practice for psychotherapy and systemic counselling. The practice is located next to the holiday flat. These appointments offer a valuable opportunity to consciously take time for yourself during your holiday and receive support to tackle stressful issues such as conflicts in the family or at work, overload in everyday life or even burnout. With Christa's empathetic guidance, guests can gain new perspectives and rediscover their inner balance in the peaceful surroundings of our holiday flat. Arrival Description

By car:

To get to Schönau am Königssee, im Hochwald 14 from the A8 Munich motorway in the direction of Salzburg, take exit 115- Bad Reichenhall in the direction of B20/B21/Bad Reichenhall/Berchtesgaden. Then follow the B20 and the B305 in the direction of Schönau am Königssee. In Bischofswiesen, drive along the main road to the roundabout and then take the second exit (Berchtesgadener Straße). After approx. 2.5km take the first exit at the roundabout and after 650m turn right onto Ramsauer Straße B20/B305 in the direction of Traunstein/Ramsau/Hintersee/Schönau.
After one kilometre take the second exit at the roundabout and after approx. 800m turn left onto Stangerberg in the direction of Schönau am Königssee. After approx. 700m turn left onto Storchenstraße and after another 400m turn right to stay on Storchenstraße (in the direction of Schönklinik). Then after approx. 200m turn left onto Waldhauserstraße and after a further 800m turn right onto Hirschenweg. After 30 metres, turn left onto Im Hochwald. You have reached house number 14, your holiday destination, after 120m.

By train and bus:

If you have arrived by train at Berchtesgaden railway station, take the ring bus no. 843 and get off at the Hochwald Schönau stop. Get off there and turn right into Hirschenweg. After 30m turn left into Im Hochwald and after another 120m you have reached your holiday destination, house number 14.
Alternatively, you can of course take a taxi from Berchtesgaden railway station. It is approx. 4 km to our holiday flat.
