Die gemütliche, 82 m² große Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Sie besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, einem Tageslichtbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Badewanne sowie einem offenen Küchen-/Essbereich mit angrenzendem Wohnzimmer.

Die Küche ist modern im Holzstil gehalten und komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Tchibo-Kapselmaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Außenrollos und bieten ein Doppelbett mit Einbauschrank bzw. zwei Einzelbetten mit Stauraum. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit Flachbild-TV (inkl. Streaming-Dienste) und kostenlosem WLAN zum Entspannen ein. Eine Fußbodenheizung sorgt in Bad, Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer für zusätzlichen Komfort. Die Wohnung wurde 2024 liebevoll modernisiert und ist ideal für Gäste, die Wert auf Qualität und Stil legen.

Description

In a centrally located corner townhouse in Piding, which is designed in a regional style, there are two apartments, each with a separate entrance. The holiday apartment 'very close' is located on the ground floor and features its own spacious, covered, and furnished terrace. The adjacent garden can be shared. From the terrace, there is a view of the surrounding mountain landscape, including the Untersberg and Predigtstuhl. From the living room and in front of the entrance area, you can see directly onto the Fuderheuberg and Hochstaufen. Environment description

The holiday apartment in Piding offers a central location with excellent transport connections. The cities of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg, as well as numerous lakes such as Lake Königssee, Lake Hintersee, and Lake Chiemsee, are in close proximity. The Berchtesgaden National Park, hiking and skiing areas, thermal baths, outdoor pools, and the Berchtesgaden salt mine are quickly accessible. Shopping facilities, restaurants with diverse cuisine, and doctors are within walking distance. Piding train station (a 10-minute walk) and bus connections provide quick access to other destinations such as Munich or Rosenheim. For shopping enthusiasts, the Piding Outlet and Designer Outlet Salzburg are nearby. Salzburg Airport can be reached in 15 minutes. Simply "very close" ("ganz nah").......

About the host

We have put a lot of heart and love into our holiday apartment "ganz nah" ("very close") to create a feel-good space in this beautiful and diverse corner of the earth. We are not only close to the recreational opportunities in the Berchtesgadener Land and beyond, but we also hope to meet the holiday expectations of our guests. The relaxation, the escape from everyday life, and an all-around successful holiday experience for our guests are very important to us.

terms/extras

The mentioned prices are plus a tourist tax. The tourist tax amounts to €1.00 per person per day of stay. Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the tourist tax. (Subject to change).

Payment is only possible by bank transfer in advance. (Cash) payment upon arrival is not possible.

Arrival Description

From the Munich - Salzburg A8 motorway, take the exit 'Bad Reichenhall/Piding' and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. Then turn left, pass the outlet center, and turn right into Gaisbergstraße (first opportunity on the right after the outlet center). After about 200 meters, turn left onto Untersbergstraße, which slopes downwards. After another 260 meters, our house will be on the left at the corner of Wiesenweg/Untersbergstraße.

Alternatively, at the mentioned roundabout, take the 1st exit and follow the B20 straight ahead over the traffic light towards Bad Reichenhall. After about 600 meters, take the exit for Piding (Aldi), follow the main road (Bahnhofstraße) for about 600 meters, and then turn left into Untersbergstraße. It’s another 180 meters before you reach our house, which is on the right side at the corner of Untersbergstraße/Wiesenweg.

If you are arriving by train, travel to Piding station. Keep to the left. At the intersection of Ganghoferstraße/Bahnhofstraße, follow Bahnhofstraße to the left and turn right at the intersection with Wiesenweg. Follow this road to the end, and at the intersection of Wiesenweg/Untersbergstraße, you will find our place 'very close' ('ganz nah') on your left.
