Description

The house in Oberau is in an idyllic location and offers a perfect blend of closeness to nature and convenient access. It is located directly on the road and therefore offers excellent connections to the surrounding villages and sights. The house has been maintained with great attention to detail and offers a cosy atmosphere that guarantees you a pleasant stay. The outdoor area is spacious and invites you to linger. The garden is well-kept and can be used for relaxing hours in good weather. Thanks to the good location, you are also close to hiking and cycling trails, making the accommodation ideal for active holidaymakers. The bus stop is right next to the house.
Parking is available directly at the house.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).

Arrival Description

If you are travelling via the A8 motorway (Munich-Salzburg), please make sure you leave Germany in good time to avoid the Austrian toll sticker requirement.

Important note:
Please take the Bad Reichenhall exit and follow the signs from there towards Berchtesgaden.
This way you avoid the Austrian motorway and do not need a toll sticker.

After the Bad Reichenhall exit, continue on the B20/B21 through Bayerisch Gmain and along the German Alpine Road in the direction of Berchtesgaden.
In Oberau, turn into Rossfeldstraße until you reach house number 12.

You will find parking facilities directly at the house.
