Description

Cosy two-room flat with a view to the south of the Kaisergebirge (56 sqm, 2 to 4 people) and a sofa bed. Living room with corner bench and TV. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with WC and tub. Kitchen with 4 plate cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. After an eventful day, the balcony invites you to relax. Towels and bed linen are provided. An underground garage belongs to the flat.

There is an indoor swimming pool 30 degrees, a Finnish sauna with relaxation room, as well as a fitness room and a billiard table at your disposal. For the little ones and the grown-ups there is a playroom, as well as table tennis and table football. The garden has playground equipment and garden loungers. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

A deposit is required upon booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking expires. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.

Arrival Description

Motorway A93 direction Kufstein. Exit Oberaudorf - turn left towards Oberaudorf. 100 m after railway subway turn right. Before the 2nd zebra crossing turn left into the Bad-Trißl-Strasse. After approx. 1 km on the right-hand side.
