Description

Welcome to the 62sqm, cosy holiday flat Berglust-Sachrang. The ground floor flat with its own terrace is quietly but centrally located in the mountaineering village of Sachrang. From there you can climb many peaks, e.g. the Geigelstein at 1808 m above sea level, which has been a nature reserve for 30 years. The Spitzstein at 1596 m above sea level can also be reached directly from the flat. In winter, the small ski lifts, the cross-country ski trail or mountains for ski touring are within walking distance. The small village shop in the centre of the village is worth shopping for, especially because of its regional specialities from Bavaria and Tyrol.

Environment description

Not far from Sachrang is the town of Aschau im Chiemgau, there you can also climb many peaks, the most prominent mountain is probably the Kampenwand, this can be reached not only on foot but also by cable car. The Chiemgau is not only unique because of the beautiful mountain landscape; there are also many lakes, e.g. Lake Chiemsee was not only so appealing to King Ludwig II at the time, even now it is one of the most famous sights in our area with its Herrenchiemsee Castle.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: A8 Munich-Salzburg take the Frasdorf exit. Continue in the direction of Aschau, from Aschau it is approx. 12km to Sachrang. The flat is located directly in Kirchstraße in the village of Sachrang.

By train: Munich-Salzburg train line, change at Prien am Chiemsee station to the Chiemgaubahn Aschau im Chiemgau. At Aschau im Chiemgau station you can catch the connecting bus of the RVO 9502 in the direction of the mountain climbing village of Sachrang. You can then get off at the Sachrang Ort or Sachrang Süd stop, from there it is approx. 500m to the flat.
