Our vacation apartment was built in 2023 in wooden construction and is located on the1st floor of the building. With a lot of own work and attention to detail, we have created a very special place and look forward to guests who appreciate exactly this. Exposed roof truss, wooden facade and wooden balcony provide a pleasant living climate. Underfloor heating, floor-level shower and living room ventilation round off the high-quality construction.

The extensive area of the Samerberg is situated on a unique high plateau at an altitude of 600 to 750 meters. The holiday apartment is located in one of the two main villages, Grainbach. Josef und Katharina Hieber empfangen euch, gemeinsam mit ihren Kindern Amelie und Eva, herzlich am schönen Samerberg. Wir führen einen traditionellen Handwerks-/ Familienbetrieb in 2. Generation und leben gemeinsam mit drei Generationen direkt neben eurer Ferienwohnung. Wir legen Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander und stehen euch gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Achenmühle, in the center of the village turn to Samerberg. Continue in the direction of Grainbach. At the entrance to Grainbach turn left into Kapellenweg.
